Administrative law or sometimes it is referred to as regulatory law is a broad area of law pertaining to administrative or government agencies. Government agencies create rules and regulations and are empowered to conduct hearing and render decisions and orders enforcing their rules and regulations. This area of practice includes such things as zoning petitions, license applications, contesting state and local violations, grievances.
